Part Time Sales Associate

Laura Lombardi is looking for a part-time sales associate to assist in our showroom.

• Creating a warm and welcoming environment for all guests to the showroom.

• Building and maintaining client relationships through clienteling.

• Maintaining the appearance of the showroom.

• Fulfillment of in store pick up and e-commerce orders.

• Assisting with dispatch of press loans.

• Answering customer inquiries via phone and text.

• Processing customer repairs and returns.

• Possessing in depth knowledge of Laura Lombardi catalog via training.

• Highly organized and able to oversee multiple projects at once.

• Resourceful, able to identify potential challenges and swiftly generate creative and effective solutions.

• Be punctual and dependable.

• 1-3 years of previous retail experience required, jewelry sales experience is a plus.

• Must be available Wednesday - Saturday, with occasional Sundays as necessary.

$18 - $22 per hour, based on experience.
