GENERAL

Our collection consists of recycled brass, sterling silver, 14k Gold Plated, Rhodium and Platinum Plated brass and sterling silver. Our plating practices utilize a 0 waste closed filtration system, serving as an extension of our core values. For more information on caring for our jewelry, please visit our Materials & Care Page.

Brass oxidizes naturally, allowing each of our pieces to develop their own unique characteristics over time. To remove any signs of oxidation, wipe clean with a polishing cloth between wears. For more information on caring for brass jewelry, please visit our Materials & Care page.

All of our jewelry is nickel free and largely suitable for those with sensitivities. Please know that brass is a metal comprised of copper and other alloys. All earrings feature either 14k gold fill, sterling silver, or surgical steel posts for comfortable wear. Select items in our collection utilize vintage and upcycled components with limited material traceability. Our jewelry is intended for adult wear only.

Ordering

All orders are packaged and shipped from our NYC Studio within 2-3 business days from the order date. Please contact us at shop@lauralombardi.com for inquiries on rush or expedited shipping.

Shipping

We are pleased to offer shipping across the US as well as to most global destinations.

We offer both USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail services for domestic shipping.

For shipping upgrades, please contact us at shop@lauralombardi.com prior to purchase and wait for confirmation of a revised invoice.

We are pleased to offer both USPS First Class International Mail and DHL Worldwide Express for service overseas.

For timely delivery of your order, we strongly encourage selecting DHL as your preferred shipping method.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price or shipping rate. Duties and taxes will be at the discretion of your local customs office and will be billed at the time of delivery.

To ensure a safe delivery of your order, all orders exceeding $1000 in value will require signature upon delivery.

While we do offer shipping to freight forwarding services, please note we are unable to reimburse lost or damaged packages shipped through this service.

Returns

Items purchased on LauraLombardi.com are eligible for exchange or store credit within 15 days of receipt.

Items from our Archive Sale, Fine collection, AMS x LL collection, sample sale items, made to order items, or custom, altered, or personalized items are final sale and ineligible for exchange.

Returns are eligible for exchange or store credit exclusively.

We will not accept returns and are not responsible for Laura Lombardi items purchased from third party retailers. Please contact the retailer from which your item was originally purchased to initiate a return.

Repairs

We accept repairs for Laura Lombardi items purchased either on our website, in our store, or via third parties. Repair fees may vary based on the service required. Repairs on discontinued items are subject to material availability.

We provide the following repair services:

• Broken Ear Wire or Post Replacement for earrings

• Clasp replacement for necklaces, bracelets, and anklets

• Re-plating of faded or worn plated items

• Professional grade polishing for severely tarnished brass pieces

All repairs with the exception of re-plating services are processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.

Re-plating of faded or worn 14k gold jewelry is performed at an off site facility and will be completed within 4-6 weeks of receiving your item at our studio.

We do not accept repairs for any non-Laura Lombardi items.

Fine

14k gold is a gold alloy that contains 14 parts gold and 10 parts other metals. Metals found within the alloy may include copper, zinc, and silver.

Solid 14k gold pieces may be worn while showering, swimming and living day to day life. To ensure the longevity of your piece, we recommend reducing frequent exposure to chlorine and removing before using household cleaning products.

For items set with Sapphire or Garnet, we recommend removing before swimming, cleaning or exercising to preserve the stones.

All 14k yellow gold items are nickel-free and safe for those with metal allergies or sensitivies.

14k White Gold may contain trace amounts of nickel within the alloy, however is generally considered safe for sensitive skin.

We are pleased to offer shipping services through both UPS and DHL Express for our Fine Collection. To ensure a safe delivery, signature is required for all Fine Collection orders.

Shipping insurance is included in all purchases made on LauraLombardi.com, including our Fine collection. We are not responsible for any delays or loss in transit not covered by insurance.

We are pleased to extend complimentary repairs up to one year past the purchase date. For repairs outside of the warranty period, fees may vary dependent on the nature of the repair.
